What materials do you use?
H&H Furnishings has a wide array of swatches from fabrics to foams, from different kinds of wood species and colors of finishing. H&H Furnishings does not take responsibility in fabric fading, pilling, shrinkage, stretching, and wearing quality. Should the client decide to provide the fabric and color swatches or any materials to be used, H&H Furnishings requires them within (7) seven days from the Job Order date. H&H Furnishings does not take responsibility for delays or any other problems that may arise due to client's late delivery of materials or swatches guidelines.
What are the Payment Terms?
H&H Furnishings requires 50% down payment on all transactions. We do not accept credit card transactions. Check payment is allowed but it should be on-date. After (3) three days, clearing of the check is the starting date of production. The full payment or the other 50% balance of the total amount should be paid ONE TIME only in (7) seven days BEFORE the delivery. A NO full payment-NO delivery Policy is strictly applied.
How do you package the items?
As our standard, H&H Furniture pieces are delivered with packaging using cling wrap. For clients requesting additional packaging using corrugated carton, crating or box, H&H Furniture will charge the client 5% of the total amount of purchase.
Is there a Storage Fee?
H&H Furnishings charges the client a 3% weekly storage fee of the total sales order to clients who fail to pay the full amount balance of the finished-product. Only (2) Two weeks are allowed for the storage, if not, the order will be considered cancelled and any payments made will be deemed forfeited in favor of H&H Furnishings.
For deliveries within Cebu..
H&H Furnishings Corp. provides FREE delivery within Liloan up to Mandaue areas (Cebu, PH) only with a minimum sales order of PhP 15,000.00. Otherwise, a delivery fee is charged. The delivery schedule will not proceed without client's confirmation. Any failure of delivery due to client's responsibility will be charged to client. Client's change of mind in terms of design, colors, sizes, and materials to be used and availability of suppliers' materials may lead to delay of delivery, and H&H Furnishings is NOT liable in any delays due to these.
For deliveries outside of Cebu..
For deliveries outside of Cebu, H&H Furnishings requires a third party trucking company that will charge a fee depending on the location of the delivery. H&H Furnishings is NOT responsible for any damages incurred by the third party trucking or client-organized transportation of the items.
Do you accept returns?
Should there be a problem with the item(s), clients should NOT accept the delivery. Client should check and note down the concerns on the Delivery Receipt provided by the trucking company or H&H Furnishing's delivery staff. Failure to check during delivery will be considered received in good quality. Any return after delivery will be at the client's expense. A pick up and delivery charge will be applied and will be on the client's account.
Is there a warranty?
H&H Furnishings pieces are covered with (1) one year manufacture warranties. Any damage due to misuse of items, improper maintenance, discoloration due to natural reaction to exposure of elements particularly sunlight are considered for repair, and charges are on the client's account. Client is also responsible for the shipping and delivery of the furniture to H&H Furnishings' factory.
